I had so much fun photographing three generations of this family in Dillon Beach! One of my favorite parts about living in Sacramento is that we are close to so many amazing locations throughout Northern California, and this spot at Dillon Beach was incredible. The weather could not have been better! This shoot was extra special because we had three generations of family present. It was a privilege to capture their fun relationships.

This granddaughter and grandpa shot warmed my heart. They are definitely related!

And of course, some things never change. These brothers had way too much fun teasing one another. We laughed all day long.

This pose is always a fun time: “the squishy face”. These are the kind of photos that I know will one day show up in a wedding slideshow.

While we were there, I got some moody shots of the ocean. The fog came in just in time. These cliffs and the rocks were the perfect backdrops for this photo shoot.

Finally, I got to snap some photos of this family of three at sunset. The joy on their faces was contagious. It’s evident how much this girl loves her dad!

I had a chance to get a little artsy with these candid action shots. Dillon Beach was the best backdrop to play in the sand, run on the beach, and hold hands in the sunset.
