Meet Ember Lynn. There is just something about her sweet and delicate little face that mesmerizes me. It could be her alabaster-rose skin or the little cowlick in the middle of her forehead…

Maybe it’s those big almond eyes?

Or that thick head of hair at only a few days old?

I think Dad agrees with me on the whole “mesmerized” thing.

And here they all are for their first family picture.

Mom and Dad move from place to place for work, so I don’t know if I’ll get to photograph little Ember again, but I feel so lucky to have been there at the beginning.  What an honor it is to capture these first moments.
