Little Joseph was getting ready to celebrate his first birthday, so we decided to do some portraits and a cake smash in the studio. It turned out to be one of my favorite sessions of the whole summer!

I’ve been photographing this little guy since the beginning, so it was a lot of fun to see how much he has grown.

The look on his face just makes me giggle… the anticipation!

Uh-oh… the cake’s been smashed and I’d love to know what he’s thinking…
