Summertime in Sacramento means sipping a delicious, cool drink and enjoying the warmer weather and, for this family, it’s in their very own vineyard. This Clarksburg session includes some of my favorite things about the Sacramento delta!

The Sacramento River runs right through the city and straight to the San Francisco Bay. If you haven’t driven through Clarksburg in a while, I would highly recommend it. Alongside the roads, the orchards overflow with delicious fruit in the summer and remind me of how lucky I am to live so close!

The kids took a break from college to join in the shoot, making Mom and Dad very happy.

After we spent some time by the water, we explored the family vineyard. You can tell the family is passionate about creating delicious wine. So much so, that their son is studying viticulture in college. The future of this vineyard is bright with him around!
