Fall is almost here, and this session from last year at Empire Mine has me all excited for the most colorful season of the year! I can’t wait for the red and yellow foliage, the jewel toned clothes, and wearing cozy sweaters. It was nearly impossible to choose my favorite pictures from this shoot! These four are incredibly photogenic and their smiles light up every photo.

These sweet sisters filled my heart with joy. They never stopped giggling, hugging, and showing off their bright eyes.

The setting in Empire Mine was also beautiful! I love these giant trees.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that colorful doors are my thing. I can’t get over how the little ones’ pink and burgundy dresses and the accent colors on mom’s dress perfectly compliment the deep emerald green. Such a gorgeous mother/daughter trio!

We couldn’t let the girls go without getting a few individual photos. The way the golden sun puts a halo around their curly hair is completely ethereal.

These mother/daughter pictures… I know these will be cherished for years to come!

To keep things fun for the kids, we often work in a “silly-face” picture. These four had me cracking up and I love how their personalities shine in this shot.
