It may still be 100 degrees outside, but fall is just around the corner! Late August and early September are the times of the year when ripe apples are on the trees. Last year, this sweet family dressed for the cool weather and trekked out to Apple Hill for a beautiful fall family photo shoot in the apple orchards. Living in Sacramento means we have access to these incredible, green spaces. Plus, Apple Hill has the best treats and sweets!

These kids have the sweetest eyes–I don’t think it’s possible for either of them to take a bad picture! And that flower crown just perfectly matched the dress.

I absolutely love when photos have movement, and walking is a great way to get that! It helps families feel more natural in front of the camera and gives life to the portrait.
