Summertime is for the lake, and this family session at Lake Tahoe is the perfect way to ring in warmer weather! There are such beautiful views everywhere you look. Plus, this family couldn’t be cuter!

I always appreciate coordinating outfits! These guys did a great job of putting things together without being too matchy. The rose and lavender colors were great for a family of little girls.

These sweet sisters loved exploring the beach. It was a great location for small kids to run around and get their wiggles out while still getting lovely photos.

I can’t get over the glow of her hair in this photo. Those curls!

Of course, you can never forget the dog! Fluffy family members are always welcome at my shoots. This guy was a natural posing on that rock.

The big pine trees on the beach make me swoon every time. I really am so grateful for being just a few hours’ drive from one of the most stunning lakes on earth!

Finally, it was time to watch the sun set over the water. The glow on the water shines through beautifully in this shot.
