Well, hi neighbor! I first met this family shooting their newborn photos and discovered that they lived three houses away from me! This makes this “sitting-up” session extra-special. We picked a pretty little spot in Folsom that still had some wildflowers growing and brought some spring-toned clothes to match the location.

I’m completely in love with her long locks, with the loose curls and the way it glows in the sun.

The quilt is a family heirloom and a welcome addition to the session.
